No purchase necessary. To enter, complete an official entry form. Only one official, original entry form may be submitted per family. Odds of winning will be determined based on the number of valid entries. Grand prize is one Family Pack BBQ meal. Only California residents, age 18 or older are eligible. Employees and families of Smokin’ Steve’s Catering and RSC Marketing are not eligible. Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries The drawing will be held on the last day of of the month following each calendar quarter and the winner will be notified by phone, letter and/or email. One prize winner will be selected quarterly on the 1st day of the month following each calendar quarter until Smokin’ Steve’s Catering terminates the Sweepstakes promotion, at their discretion without notice to prior entrants. Unclaimed prize 30 days from date of notification will be awarded to an alternative winner randomly selected and similarly notified. Any Federal, State and Local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to provide an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the stated rules and restrictions.
